I recently got custody of my 2 kids when we went to court the judge ordered her to pay child support she only has to pay 194.00 when I was paying her I had to pay 450.00. so why sould the woman get off cheaper than the man.

Before I even start talking I want you to know I'm a mother of two. Myself think that men are cheating men all the way around. Men never really know if the baby is their inless you know she wasn't with someone else. Then if they pay there child support the there dead beat dads and then to make it even better then if they don't spend time with there kidsor kids (then who my god). And most of the time the mother won't even let you see your kid But if a mother did that it okay she just need to get her live in order. Or she get pg by someone else and they can pay for both baby. it's just to much and that is okay beause she the mom of both babys And the last on not comeing to see it they say you never let her. But you do and most likely she just comes to get something from you. So the court look at the fax that she may have other kids. Men are people I will always feel for in this part of the law. It's good to see you have your 2 kids. I wish you nothing but good things to come your way.

You obviously make more money Scotty. It goes by income. Everyone hurts paying child support. That is why people need to be darn good and sure the relationship is going to work out before procreating and causing more hardships on children. Think of them, not the money. Nana

Child support, whether it's the Mom or the Dad paying, is based on the persons income. Obviously you make more money than she does.

Well it all depends on your state. In NY for two kids its 21% of your gross salary. I'm a woman & I get 117.00 a week but I do think it's only right that women & men be treated equally

on that there is no double standard it goes by what you make and she proble makes less than you do.. my ex hubby was suppose to pay me $84 a week for one child but i sign the papers to reduce it to $50 ,, i am not sure he would have done the same for me ..
