Assuming you don't have insurance to cover this accident, or you are not wanting to turn it in on insurance... You may get lucky and find parts at a salvage yard.
I would start by finding a body shop that gives free estimates, most still do. Look at the cost of repairs and then check local ads for similar cars for sale. If your car was running great and you have a good repair history with it then you may wish to fix it yourself, if the parts to repair is less than a similar used car. Then take that parts list to a local salvage yard and find out how much parts will cost from them. I would buy a new windshield unless you can find one REALLY cheap. The installation kit for a used windshield is almost a much as getting a new windshield installed in many cases. Check around for glass prices as well as shops in our area will vary as much as $200 on the same glass.
Replacing airbags is another matter as there is a procedure you need to follow to remove and reinstall one so you don't accidentally deploy the new one during an installation. Find out from Honda or get a good repair manual for the Honda.
If this is a work beater (and you don't haul passengers) colored duct tape* can do wonders for an airbag cover!
*Duct tape... The ultimate power tool !!!!

If the car is in otherwise good condition and dependable you may want to fix the airbag especially if you plan to keep this car. If the airbag is on passenger side and you rarely have a passenger, maybe not. You can usually find an airbag at a salvage yard for much less than a dealer. I got one for my daughters car for $125.

If the airbags deploy, it's gone.
The airbags alone will be around $3000 to fix, give or take the amount of damage they did (dashboard, windshield, etc). I can't imagine a Civic that is 8 years old and 125,000 miles (and front damage) being worth that much money.
You can't do the work yourself -- do you want to play with airbags that can EXPLODE while you work on them, and MUST deploy should you have another accident?

Yes get the window and the air bags fixed. You never know when you will need the bags in a faster crash. As for the window, it is so cold outside, you need it to be repaired to keep the cold out.

You don't have to replace the airbags. In a lot of places it's not compulsory to have them working.
