For the past few days, I've been sexually active. But when I got to have sex my left side, just above my pelvis bone, hurts as soon as my boyfriend or I start to do anything, or when I begin to do my own masterbation. I know its not like anything wrong with my ovaries, I had that checked out. I also talked to Sue Johnson and she had no answer for me... please help

It is difficult to diagnose your symptoms without getting a proper check-up with your doc. I would be just guessing.
Every woman's anantomy & genetics is different.
