My dad got a ticket he didn't pay in California.
moved and got a new address, new license with a different #
Thought that was history.
they picked him up in Oklahoma and it came up on the register.
They can put you new drivers license number in the machine, your thumb print or If they ask for a social security #. All they did was his new license. The old one stays recorded into a central computer bank the officier said and everything comes up.
So it is connected nation wide the officier said.
that is just a patrol car. A prison they know everything you did anywhere in the world in McAlester prison they got a guy for a warrent he had in Mexico when he went to visit a friend and it told that he was illegal and the license was a fraud. By the click of a mouse he joined his friend.

National Crime Data base is checked on someone visiting a prisoner...they will also check birth certificates of minor children and have a strict dress code (no shorts, tube tops, sandals, etc.) Usually, drug dogs will be taken into the visitors parking area and sniff the cars for contraband as well as the visitor being searched also.
