how can i lose my stomach fast.

Why do you want do you want to lose weight?
Excercise, avoid all white stuff (flour, rice, sugar & starches) & stay hydrated.

I lost 98 lbs. in 4 months, lost all the fat around, and at the stomach region, by:
1) 1 hr. of Cardio a day. Took Sun. off to rest.(The Firm is excellent, but I used my own variations of cardio, so I wouldn't get bored).
2) Ate 3 meals a day, breakfast the largest meal, lunch med. size and dinner at 5:00 pm small size, only lowfat yogurt for desert.
3) Ate no junk food, No fast food places.
4) No soda, coffee, or beer.
5) 1 glass (med size) of red wine with small dinners. Puts no weight on and is excellent for the heart.
6) I stayed away from diet pills (They are like taking speed). And once you stop, most people anyway, have withdrawls.
7)Ate lots & lots of vegetables, and few fruits.
Never eat bannans, unless you wish to gain wt
8) No greasy foods.
9) I ate alot of salads.
10) I always drank (I still do) 1 full 8 oz. glass of water right b4 eating a meal.
11) Always eat in moderation, not until you feel full.
12) I ate alot of boneless fish, especially salmon
13) I only ate a small portion of rice, once a day.
14) I gave up dark meat. Only eat white meat.
15) Eat alot of turkey.
16) Do not eat much proteins such as steak or pork.
17) I learned Mindfulness Meditation, (by Jon
Kabat-Zinn PhD) which helped me very
very much with Patience and forgiveness
toward myself and others. This was Very
Beneficial in losing weight and has been in
"keeping it off"!! I haven't gained a pound
back either.
18) I read and followed many of the dieting techniques in the South Beach Diet; but I did not follow it, so to speak - like the bible (just a figure of speech), I did not follow it 100% !!
19) I had my spouse use all of the same techniques as I did. It helps doing this with someone, the encouragement helped tramendously. Together, we lost 138 lbs.
20) We did go out to eat once a week, but it was usually at places like Soup or Salad, Soup Plantation, etc. And we made it a motto to eat until we're comfortable, Not full.
P.S. - we always drank 12, 8 oz. glasses of water a day.

Honestly, if I can do it, anybody can. And
will have the same, if not better results that I did.
The books I read by Jon Kabat-Zinn PhD. on Mindfulness Meditation helped a great deal.("Coming to Our Senses" & "Full Catastrophe Living" - books by him to start with).
Mindfulness Meditation improves self control,
improves cognitive thinking, memory, concentration and focus, provides patience and helps one to forgive oneself (for we will make mistakes) and others, and provides a healthy lifestyle of lovingkindness, endurance, and friendliness(metta), as well as self-love and self acceptance.

You can Do It. I have faith, confidence in you.
If I can do it, anybody can.
Losing the weight not only improved my physical
appearance, but greatly improved my inner
appearance and my overall outlook on life!!

This is just an exciting topic for me now,
I can now say in all honesty - "I know from
experience !!"

You can't do it fast, you have to exercise more over a period of time. Oh and cut the junk food.
