If someone was to looking to transfer to the ag. biz. what do they need to know. what are the differences from the private sector?

Agricultural businesses are not required by law to pay overtime after 8 hours in a day or 40 hours in a week. If a person works 70 hours in a week, for example, all 70 hours are paid at the base rate. There are also many gov't. perks that a person should familiarize themselves with, such as rules for subsidies.
