Ok so my new hubby used to have a ex-fiance. She ran into him at the gas station then emailed him that same day. I happend to check the email that day and saw it. It read..." looks like congrats are in order, thanks for waving at me today" Now if she saw the ring why try to email him?

Is it an email address that he's always had, back when he was with her? Because if he gave it to her anytime AFTER their relationship ended and while he was involved with you/married to you that's not cool at all!
If he had it back when he was with her and she just remembered it/held onto it, just simply explain to him how it makes you feel and request he delete that account and set up another/different screenname for his email address.

Maybe it was just what it said it was; a congratulatory correspondence. You're making something out of nothing. Just because he married you, does that mean he's not allowed to talk to anyone from his past now? Get over yourself.
