If you're asking if a white discharge is normal, then the answer is yes. It could definitely indicate that your period is near to beginning. The discharge is actually fluid from your cervix, and to make a long story short, it indicates the level of your fertility... when you start seeing fluid, it could mean your first period may start soon. It's healthy and normal, nothing to be ashamed of. I noticed the discharge about a year before I got my first period. Ask your mom to read and then let you read a book called Cycle Savvy by Toni Weschler. It will explain how your body works and what the things you're going to be noticing means.
