who is this "we" that gives rights? rights are not something to give to a woman,,,, its her right to have all the same rights men do,,, as they are both human beings,,,, nor are women weakening america and christianity,,,, men have been in charge of it all for years, let women have their turn!

Not all women fight for feminism. I have always wanted the opportunity to raise children and stay home. It isn't much of an option anymore. I do think that the right to vote, have an opinion, dress how you wish etc. is very important. I would not want anyone to take these rights away. The feminism is not weakening America. The people that are trying to kill christianity and our basic values are the ones making us vulnerable.

Actually, I think it is something left over from the hippie era. Only the women today want to be men. They wear skimpy clothes that show of damn near everything and when you tell them they are hot, they get all bothered and call you sexist. I think what they really want is to be men. It won't happen without a sex change, but that isn't their goal. Their goal is to show that they can show off all of their bodies and still get away with dissing men for their sexist attitudes. Or you can be like me, I don't care what they say, I just admire their bodies.

Yes, we may be allowed more rights than in other countries. But why shouldn't we have equal rights? Our past had us being at home mothers, barely able to do a thing to help out. Basically we were just there for reproduction.
If the roles were reveresed and women were the dominant in the eyes of the law, would you be happy having to be second best? It really isn't fair to give us less freedom just because we have a different chromosone.

Because the country is founded on the idea that people can believe whatever they want to believe and not be persecuted for it. Women can be feminists, and men can be chovanistic. As long as you arn't harming someone else.
I'm definitly not feminist by no means, however if their beliefs are conflicting with yours I reccomend you deal with it in another way than giving such crude examples as you did. It's not fair to compare muslim traditions to the outspokeness of certain groups.
Maturity please.

"We" give "them" more rights? Actually, we women are now part of the "we" that gives rights to other people. That is the point in the first place. We are not "them" anymore.
