Well first things first I was kind of in your situation I had a boyfriend of seven years then we moved in together and were living for over a year, then whenever I wanted to do it it will be like a struggle for him, he had gained weight and all the time he told me he didn't feel like it or anything and it felt like if he did it with me it would be forced many times I cried because I felt like he didn't want me which was not the case. One day we had a party (he was still my boyfriend) well me and his friend ended up making out and to me it was wonderful I know how wrong it was but I missed a mans touch. To make things short. I told my boyfriend( now my ex) we are friends and told him that we should break up we did and well when I did this with his friend I realized I was not happy with him I loved him and everything but the love was going low. From my expirence my advice is wrong don't play with her feelings and break up with her I know seven years its a lot, if you realy love her tell her what happended and break up. About the other girl you can deal with her after, if you like her and she likes you back then maybe you could give it a try on being together. Hope all goes well.

U2 and Coldplay have only ever released one decent song each...and that is an Ichi-fact!
You can take special classes to help ween yourselves off the elevator music you seem to both be afflicted by!

Sounds like it is intended to go only as far as a flat back experience as you don't have common interests. How many "yes dears" do you think it is worth. LOL Whoops I came back to edit as I need to know how to say to my girl that I like U2 without cracking up. LOL

Assuming you are serious and not making a coldplay on words....
Men need to see things, women need to hear things. She tells you she loves you because she needs hear you say you love her. Try saying it first once in a while. Say it when she least expects it. When she becomes secure in your love, she will not need you to say it as often.
Women need passion, they need to believe that they are the object of your desire. When women begin to feel that they are no more than a receptical for your need, they will cease being available to your needs.

She just wants you to like the stuff she likes too. I would be honest with her, if you don't like U2 or Coldplay, tell her. Honesty is the best. There are things my husband likes that I don't, but he doesn't insist that I like them too. We each have our likes and dislikes, thats what makes us individuals. Maybe don't be real blunt like, "I hate U2", just maybe "U2 is not one of my favorites, but I do like their song......................" That softens it a bit.
