Well, do you feel that you are old enough to make your own decisions and no longer need your Mom's advice or support? If you answer yes to that, then go ahead and follow these steps:
1) first get a good-paying full time job so that you can..
2) move out of your Mom's and rent your own apartment
3) make sure you are able to afford paying for rent, utilities, electricity, food, transportation and cable. This will cost you around $1500 to $2000 per month. Like I said, make sure you get a good job first :) Fast Food jobs won't do.
4) as long as you are able to afford your basic living expenses, then and only then should you go purchase your coloring.
5) Final step: color your hair and be proud.
There you have it. And also as a side note - when you are older and have kids (which you probably will), make sure that you NEVER expect your kids to obey you or respect your advice, because after all, kids are always smarter than their parents!
Until you are able to move out and be your own person, my advice would be to respect your Mom and do what she says. If you don't obey her, then to be honest, you don't deserve to have a Mom and really belong in an orphanage eating leftover raman noodles every day.
Be thankful you have a mother. It is so important to keep a good relationship with her.

Helloooo if she's not letting you don't!!!!
you could talk to her about letting you buy red and purple extensions the kind you clip on and if she does then wear those or ask her if it's OK to get a wig with red and purple highlights and you can wear that but if she says no then give it up!!

Why do you even ask a question like this?
Do you expect that if enough of us COMPLETE STRANGERS give you advice on how to do it, that your mom will suddenly say, "Gosh, I guess that really is okay!"?
We're not going to be able to change her mind, and going against her rules will NOT help you in the long run.
Oh, yeah, and btw...if you DO go behind her back, she IS very likely to shave your head (not a very attractive look for a girl!), or just instantly make you dye it back to its natural color, which will just be a waste of time, and then you'll still be in trouble.

so dont do it...
it will save your mom and you some extra nerve cells.
its always better to have a natural hair color. that way, you never have to worry about dying your roots once they grow out and all that junk. keep your hair just the way it is.
you will be thankfull in the future

I'd say try to convince her first...do all your chores and be nice and sweet, but if that doesnt work, save up some money and go to a hair salon without her knowing...The worst thing that could happen is she 'd dye ur hair back the way it was and ground you, but hey, atleast you tried.

? this is the single most irrelevant question I've ever read.
Okay here's how:
Runaway from home, become a crack whore, find yourself a good pimp who treats you good, get him to buy you some hair dye, dye your hair (or get one of your new sassy prostitute friends to show you if you don't know how), and voila! You'll have silly hair and when your mum finally finds you, you can tell her your "pimp daddy" made you do it - to aid you in turning tricks.

You can do it yourself, but be careful. I had a friend who's mother gave her a weird mohawk, placed her on a chair on the front porch for the world to see only because she used her mother's shampoo.

Don't do it. She's your mom, and if you need to ask permission from her, then you need to listen to her.
Maybe compromise. Ask her if you could maybe buy clip-on hair extensions or something and limit yourself to wearing them to the mall or the movies or something.

Simple! Go buy the dye, go to a friend's house, dye your hair. You may get in trouble but what are your parents going to do? Shave your head? Come on be a rebel.
