You can. You also can feel other things such as cramping, moodiness etc.

i don't know about feeling sick, but i know one way to track your ovulation is through taking your temperature. so i suppose it is possible to feel a slight temperature.

Immediately after you ovulate, your temperature goes up (not by much, but enough to be noticable if you chart the temperatures). I
