I have many times, once because of the use of antidepressants, and once I stop using them, I got my mojo back.
Most of the times, though, I lost it because of the lack of vitamins and healthy food in my eating habits.
Once I started to consume more fish and veggies, along with vitamins for my brain and heart, I was back on track.
Another reason is as women, we go through periods of tiredness, so exercise helps, and talking about it with your partner helps.
