According to Lansinoh if you store breast milk in their breast milk storage bags:
At room temperature- 66-72 degrees F (19-22 C) 10 hours
In a refrigerator- 32-39 degrees F (0-4 C) 8 days
In a freezer compartment in a refrigerator- temperature varies 2 weeks
In a freezer compartment with a seperate door- temperature varies 3-4 months
In a seperate deep freeze- 0 F (-19 C) 6 months or longer

Breast milk storage guide lines for healthy tearm babies
FRESHLY EXPRESSED MILK
@ room temp. 4 hours at 66-72 degr. F
in a cooler with 3 frozen ice packs, 24 hours at 59 degr. F
Refrig. 5-7 days at 32-39 degr. F
Self contained refrig. freezer unit 3-4 months
Deep freezer 6-12 months
THAWED BREASTMILK (PREVIOUSLY FROZEN)

It depends on where/how you store it.
It will last about a week in the fridge.
About 3-6 mos in the freezer above your fridge.
About 6-12 mos in a deep freeze.

They say you can leave breast milk out for two hours tops because thats when bacteria starts to grow. It is longer than formula by an hour but still not very much time. It gets frustrating having to empty it and it goes to waste. I froze mine for about a month but it had a lead taste to it when i thawed it...so I'd suggest not more than a week and its 24 hours for it being refridgerated.

Never refreeze, 24 hours in a fridge 3- 6 months in freezer.
Never microwave it leaves hot spots that burn the babies mouth

A few days if kept in the fridge, if you freeze it it'll last for months.

Depends on if you're refrigerating or freezing. One day in the fridge; one month in the freezer. (at least that's what my friend who's a nurse told me)
