There is no such "real" virus as Myzor.fk@yf as you are seeing. It is a scam to attempt to get you to purchase a rogue malware removal product. The popup about Myzor is false, phony and fradulant. The actual trojan that has caused your problem is no doubt one of the hundreds (now in the thousands)of varients of what is commonly called "Zlob".
But your computer is indeed infected. This infection is called Smitfraud and it will give you phony scam virus warnings( and often redirect you to a site selling a bogus anti virus product), trying to sell you junk such as Pest Trap, Virus Burst, Spyware Quake and other non working anti virus apps.
Information and procedures for removal of Smitfraud are here:
http://www.internetinspiration.co.uk/roguefix.htm
and here:
http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix_En.php

Henry is telling you the truth. I've used combo fix myself. It is a no bull way of removing bad stuff from your computer. If you have the disk that came with the computer your 90% there already. Don't use combo fix without your recovery disk that came with the computer. If it does have to delete system files to get your computer clean all you have to do is pop in the disk that came with the computer and restart it. Tap F8 or F11. Do a file repair. Simple. Just make sure you back up everything on your machine before using combo fix. Pictures, Music, etc. I've used it several times without problems at all. My computer was clean and i didn't have to do a file repair. But there have been times when i used it on someone else's highly infected computer and had to do a file repair.
