Also, in the scrapbook club they do themed pages, yesterday was kids in your family. My sister did all of mine, too.
She said her kids names were Wysteria Marleen, Heriot November, Oliver Ferguson, and Betty Ambent?
I think mine are better!
Also, I am Due the 10th!
Wish me luck, no complications and a healthy baby boy!

Miachel is pronounced "MY- Kul"
Like Michael.
It is spelled this way because my hubby's mom is Mia, and we thought he was to be a girl, so we switched the spelling a little just to have a family tradition.
No, nobody ever mistakes it, not even his substisute teachers, but I guess everyone on yahoo answers has a problem with why his name is spelled different!

I don't think your childrens names are weird at all. They are actually some what common names where I live, you have just changed the spellings.
People think I am weird too because I have given my children names with different spellings.
My children are:
Alexandria Elizabeth (not a weird spelling)
Clayton Daniel (not a weird spelling)
Dannicka Cheayne (traditional spelling would be Danica Shane)
Erynn Marie (traditional spelling is Erin)
I like long names & I like names that are not so common. Some people can't understand at all why I would change the spelling of Danica because it is pretty the traditional way but, I did it because my dad's name is Dan & her fathers name is Nick - therefore I spelled her name Dan- nick- a = Dannicka.
Anyways, it doesn't matter whether other people think your weird or not, I love my kids' names too, so I just disregard what others think.
I like Brenton Joel for your new baby, congrats & good luck.

Those aren't my personal favourites. Or my favourite spellings. But you know what? It doesn't matter. Maybe you don't like my kid's name.
And to be honest, if you look at just the first names, they really aren't that weird, except for the spelling on Miachel. That's like Michael, right? I have a six-year-old and I have a hard time spelling/pronouncing the names of some of his classmates.

The names are good. I know you didn't ask but 6 kids! That's great. I only have 4 and people think I'm crazy for having 4 they act like I got 15. (I wanted more)
There's a family I've seen on the Discovery channel and they have 15 kids. One woman pushed out 115 kids. They all have "J" names
Before my daughter was born we told people we were going to name her "Sara" my brother in law called her Sara Lee Pound Cake
Congrats and good luck on the new bay.

Ignore Middle Finger. Some people come on here for the sole purpose of being jerks. I personally appreciate unique names that I can still pronounce so I love the names you chose for your kids. I also like both of the names for your new son. I guess the question is, do you like the sound of Ry or Brent more- they're most likely going to be his nicknames. I found with the older people in my family, they are way more traditional as far as names go. I was telling my aunt of possible names for my baby and she kept shaking her head saying, "What about Joseph?" or "Robert". LOL Cant please em all!

Really, it doesn't matter what I think of your names, it is what YOU think. If you like your kids' names, then great! Obviously you wouldn't have chosen them if you didn't like them. Naming your kids is all a matter of personal preference, and just because someone doesn't like them, doesn't mean that they are weird. It's the same with anything, like decorating your house. From my experience, if a friend or someone does want their baby a name I don't really like, as soon as the baby is born, and is an actual person, the name grows on me, because that is just who they are. You don't think about them as a name, but a person.
Anyway, your children's names are fine. This lady just needs to let it go...at least you didn't name your children Apple and Number. Or, heaven forbid, Pilot Inspektor...:-)

Looks like you squeezed some twins in there, Wow your muchkins are young. The old woman is exactly that OLD, Let her be set in her ways her days for this planet are few left. Don't worry about it. You didn't name them really horrible or odd names. If the person whom signs your certificate at the hospital didn't make weird faces at you then you must have done something right. Your family is govenred by you. Not the lady whom is in your scrapbook club. She has no life if she has nothing better than targeting you to make herself feel better. Your children aren't being teases and pondering to you why you named them this so you are fine. Let her fuss but don't take it you heart. I understand I let my oldest child name my baby. My baby's name is Nani, It sounds cute, but in Japanese(wich they are a 1/4) it means "what" Yes I let my daughter convince me to name her Baby sister What. So there are more stanger things in life that what old people think is weird.................... Have a great day

I think that your children's names are very cute. I have a friend whose name is Aaron Michael! As for the new little bundle that is on the way....I like the name Ryland Marcus! I have always wanted a little boy whose name I could shorten to Ry. So I have decided that when I have a little boy, his name is going to be Ryan. (I like the name because I know a few Ryans who are soooo sweet!)
But again....I really like the names, they are unique but well suited and very cute.
As for that other lady at the scrapbooking....your names are better than hers are!!!
Good luck with everything!

I like the names, but I would also worry about my child having problems in school or even later in life with forms and the constant irritation of it being mispelled. The names you chose are nice because they are unique, but there is also a more common name that they can use if they want to.
Way to go momma!
My personal favs are Lola May and Jae Andrew.

Wait a second...she said her kids names were Wysteria Marleen, Heriot November, Oliver Ferguson, and Betty Ambent, and she has the nerve to say your names are weird!?!?!?
As others have also said, I'm not too sure about your oldest's pronunciation. I'm also not too crazy about the name Bailey. But they're your kids, it's you and your husband's job (and gift) to name them the names you feel fit, not some busybody scrapbooker.
