advil. i seem to have developed a tolerance for tylenol, it doesn't do anything anymore.

I just saw a commercial on TV saying dont use tylenol switch to advil so i guess advil is better

It depends on what hurts. If it is muscular, I prefer Advil. For head ache, tooth ache, bruises Tylenol is better.
Do not use Tylenol if you are hung over or are drinking, it may cause liver damage.
Advil is bad if you are bleeding or bruised, it has anti-coagulation properties (like aspirin)
Advil is also an anti-inflammatory, so it is good for something swollen (like a sprain)

Advil last longer, and thins your blood. It is sort of an anti-inflamatory. Tylenol is a more mild pain reliever.

tylenol, its stronger then advil, but if you could get aleve i would take that cause its the best out of all of them

Advil seems to be more for back pain
Tylenol seems to work all over.

Your choice.
I like Advil for my back.

I just use Tylenol... It's what we use in our household... I don't know why... just some Tylenol and a good nap will do me fine!

tylenol blocks the pain receptors in your brain
ibuprofen not only blocks the pain, but if there is inflammation, it will also relieve that.
so therefore, it will actually fix the problem
