Multiple users on one computer.?

How can I stop other users downloads from cloging-up my user account.

Multiple users is what Linux is BRILLIANT at. Linux was designed from the ground up for aggressive and clean separation of different users, none of whom can damage the kernel without knowing the root (Administrator's) password.

If you want a truly bulletproof multi-user system, get yourself a box running Linux.
