the A+ exam (PC Technician Certification) book I used was by Mike Meyers and Scott Jernigan. lots of ilistrations and I passed the test on the first try.the name of the book was: A+ Guide to managing and troubleshooting PC's

If you don't even know what you're being tested on or how to use Google, then there IS no A+ exam. More like a D exam.
