A big home is only better than a small one if you NEED the space. Depending on how may people live there. How close those people are if its family or just roommates. For a small family I think you need a bedroom for each person and an extra for a guest. A main bathroom ,master bathroom ,and one for others to share. Families should not have too big a house because smaller houses can keep children close to parents and each other.
And then there is the financial issue. Don't get any bigger than you can afford to maintain. Bigger houses also have more expenses on utilities and taxes.

there are many different qualities that homes have..like small ones are nice and cozy most times..although its nice to have a big home. but if you have a small home its easy to clean. but big homes can come in handy. small homes you can use alot of the space.. and you might not use alot of space in bog homes...just think these things over they will help!

A "Home " is as big or as small as the people who create it. As far as a house, it's nice to have a house with plenty of room.

Small one. Big ones take a lot of time and effort to keep them clean and tidy.

It depends on which viewpoint - are you paying the mortgage for it or cleaning it or heating it or relaxing in it?
Lots of space is enjoyable but it gets costly in real life.
