The noises don't mean that you are hungry, they mean you are digesting. Try changing your eating schedule a little, or balancing your nutritrion better (if that's a problem). It may be that you aren't getting what you need. Nutrition drinks and bars help a lot, for when I'm in class, church or court. All biggies, pretty embarassing, I totally understand.

You are digesting. This is normal. You can diminish this by chewing your food thoroughly, and by taking acidophilus. Pro-biotic 8 or 10 is excellent and has reduced digestion issues quite a bit.
If it's been a while since you've eaten and it still makes this sound, try eating some crackers or bread. It will give the stomach acids something to digest and will quiet down your stomach.
Incidentally, chewing gum will increase your stomach grumbling as it creates extra saliva that ends up in your stomach.
Good luck.

It's a natural body function, not to much you can do about it. Maybe keep some saltine crackers in your locker and munch a few before class... it will give your stomach something to do and keep the noise down.

It just means you have a normal digestive track. I wouldnt read too much into it. If someone gives you grief about it, just look at them and say... "what like your stomach doesnt digest?"
