Who cares about what he said! It's not that big of a deal. Some people are just always looking for an excuse to say "poor me". Get over it already. It's rediculous. He's intitled to say whatever he wants just like everybody else does. If he wants to say the n word, that's his perrogative. (or however you spell it since my spell check won't work).

The reason I asked this question to start with is because it was on the entertainment news again tonight. And I'm thinking, "So what if he is a racist! If he wants to be a racist, let him. There are much worse things that a person could be."

This guy has no class. He could have said the word 1 time and made a joke of it and no one would be the worse for wear. Instead he just kept saying it over and over with some historical references to where black people were 50 years ago. It was blatant and the worst part is that he says he is not a racist. Sure sounded like he has used that type of language in the past as it just came pouring out like a normal conversation. Was a dumb move on his part and will probably ruin his little career or whats left of it anyway. I dont see all of his fellow comedians defending him.

Actually it is not just him saying the word...it is the fact that he said it over and over and used the example of if it was 50 years ago they might be hanging from a tree...he was very insulting and went over the line big time...and singling out people in the audience even if they were rude with the attitude and remarks he made was uncalled for as the guy says on the tape...they paid money to see this guy not to get insulted...I do not mind it when people push the envelope but what he did went way beyond that!

yes people do have freedom of speech and he can say whatever stupid thing he wants to but;everyone else can say what they want about him and his comments too.Since celebrities are so visible they have a certain amount of influence in society and like it or not the more impressionable may imitate them.So basically celebs are role models and have to understand that watching what you say in public comes with the territory.
