A US government hell bent on yearning for a population with morals and education that never progresses past the 1950's

An Iran who believes that the 50's, (as in 50 A.D.) morals can include 21st century progress and technology.
Both refuse to accept the evolution of their own citizens becoming free thinking peoples.

Both have crazies as Presidents. Both have quite a few discontented citizens. Only Iran makes Persian rugs.

85% of Americans are Christian
They cut of the heads of non-Islamic people
We don't cut of the heads of non-Christian people
They want world-wide Islamic rule
We want people to go to heaven but we don't try to send them there early
They will fight and die for 72 virgins but once they get them they will not be virgins anymore
We will fight and die for another country
They do not allow free speech
We have freedom of speech
They want control of the world
We want peace throughout the world
