When I avoid all eye contact with a guy, I am not interested at all. I imagine it's the same for the guy. If he doesn't not make eye contact and refuses to, just move on. He's not interested.

Well, if he's a CELEBRITY, which has to be why you put this question here, then I think avoiding eye contact means he doesn't want anything to do with you.

I would say it could be either way. It could mean he doesnt like you but could also mean he is just very shy. Us guys dont like games so best asking outright! We are a bit dippy for gameplaying.

it means he could be dishonest. I am wary of folks that don't make eye contact with me. by the way, I am female, I chose toby because that was the name of my 18 year old cat that died in September and I am still feeling sentimental. it did not occur to me that everyone would assume I was male. DUH.... too much information??? Sometimes I ramble too. lol
