Rest in bed, if possible, and drink orange juice. Keep warm, curl up in your favorite chair in front of the TV, or with a good book, and just let yourself snooze if you like. Have a nice warm bath whenever you feel like it. Medicine? I don't usually rely on any, but I would never advise any one else to go without it if they need it.
