i love sixteen candles and hannah montana cracks me up but i didnt like that they had to use the name "jake ryan". it just bugs me as a fan of the original Jake Ryan :]

Jake is a common name and so is Ryan. There's no particular reason to be bothered by the similarity in names. Now if they had named a character Indiana Jones or Bertie Wooster, that would be really annoying.
