What about your husband? Has he been checked for his sperm count? If everything is okay with both of you, you just may be trying too hard. Try having intercourse about 14 days after your period, but don't have much sex before that, so the sperm count can be maximized. Just relax and don't get too stressed up. Adopt an "I don't care one way or the other" attitude, and with all systems go, you should be pregnant in no time. Often times people who have trouble conceiving will adopt a child, and when they let their guard down about getting pregnant, it happens. So just take it easy and have sex on your most fertile days, and I'll bet that next year in this time you'll be holding that precious babe in your arms. Don't give up, but put things in low gear. Good luck!

I highly recommend that you read Taking Charge of your Fertility.
It wil really help with getting to know your body, and you'll realize the becomming pregnant is much easier than people anticipate.
I just bought the book less than a month ago, and I have been charting my temperature and cervical fluids. My husband and I are not "actively" trying but when the time comes, I will have a lot of control over it cause I will know when the right days to have intercourse will be.
You can also use this book for birth control references. I will never get back on birth control again. Hope this helps... and good luck with the baby making!

Check the "Male" you are trying to have a baby with. It should be well known by now that males through history blamed their women for what turns out to be their own problems.
Start uping your calories a little for the hell of it. Might as well convince your body you have an excess of food around so you'd be fine haveing a child.
Reduce self medication... vitamins,.. minerals,.. asprin,.. whatever. Try to cut all those kind of things completely. Try to get off all meds.
Do research on what foods help boost hormones for you and your "male"
Try to reproduce even if it's not on the scedual you think your furtile days are because some women don't seem to have everything in their body cycleing exactly like that,... some women get pregnant while ON THEIR PERIOD.

ok, i'm assuming you are trying to have a baby and have just been unsuccessful as of yet. some people are fertile mertiles and all it takes is just one sexual encounter and wham, they're pregnant. on the other hand, some people take months, even years to conceive on their own. if you are having trouble, consult a ob/gyn and ask about conceiving methods besides the norm. they have a variety of options for people. i honeslty wish you the very best of luck, children are a miracle and i hope that you can experience the joys of parenthood soon :)

USUALLY WHEN YOUR RELAX AND DON'T TRY AS HARD YOU GET PREGNANT. OR START A CLASS OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. THERE ARE ALSO KITS AT THE STORE THAT TELL YOU WHEN THE BEST TIME OF THE MONTH IS TO TRY. GOOD LUCK. I'VE BEEN THERE TOO.

first- stop worrying, hormones released from stress can prevent the egg from attaching
second- get him tested to make sure HE works right
third- get a firtility monitor thing (they are in the store by the pregnancy tests)
fourth- the best conception posisiton is on your back with your butt slightly elevated
fifth- cross your fingers and wait.
good luck i hope that helps
