At 13, girls are usually into clothes and music. Gift cards to places like Target, Best Buy, and even Walmart go a long way with them. For a 10 year old - this could be tough. What are her interests? That's an interesting age because a gift card would work, but so would something that coincides with a current interest. Parents are always tough though. I found myself coming right out and asking them what they want. Usually for Mom it's a gift card from JCPenny, and for Dad, a gift card for Sears or Home Depot.

For the 13 year old girl, you should definatley get clothes. Here's the stores you should try: Hollister, Abercrombie and Fitch, Delia's, and Aeropostale. If she's into designer bags, thats also a great idea. I'm sure she would love a knock off!
