Not to be embarrassed, it's all part of being a human being. Things don't work perfectly all the time like they're 'supposed to.'
All the health things that others have mentioned are good ideas. Eat a healthy diet with plenty of fiber, because my guess is that you're not getting enough, even if this is being partly caused by something like hemorrhoids. Drink plenty of fluids, as well--at least 8 glasses of water a day. If you do that, you shouldn't even need stool softeners.
Excersizing regularly can only help, too. It will strengthen the muscles that aid in elimination, and tone the rest of the muscles in the body, as well as increase your circulation.
If you find yourself in a jam in a social situation, do what the other person said in terms of showering. But also, there are wipes that you can keep by the toilet--they use them for vaginal and hemorrhoidal wipes (Tucks, I think). They can help to have around in case you can't take a shower, at least it's like a 'hand bath' for that area.
When you're rich and well-off if you still are having that problem, you can always have a bidet installed in your bathroom. Lol. No wonder the French are som comfortable!
Feel better.

Suppositories help. And sometimes, when it doesn't come all the way out and no amount of wiping is going to help, take a shower. That normally gets it all out.
You may also want to think about re-evaluating your diet. What do you eat on the days when you have this problem? If you can narrow down a food that does this to you, then not eating that food anymore should get rid of the problem. Good luck!

i does no longer shove something up your nostrils purely because too many human beings have pushed the object so a techniques up that it grew to develop into lodged of their sinus walls and required surgical operation for elimination. Now, with out shoving too a techniques, I do imagine the advice became one to attempt previously. attempt cutting the sponge and pushing it barely adequate to no longer fall yet no longer adequate to get stuck. do this for a pair days previously the get mutually to work out if that's uncomfortable. or you'll do this the instant of the get mutually, purely to be in discomfort or afflicted by the experience of the object up your nostril. If this does no longer adventure you i'd advise bringing a handkerchief and letting the host comprehend that you're affected by hypersensitive reactions and would like a seat on the right of the table. Use the handkerchief you presented for minor dabs yet excuse your self from the table to blow your nostril contained in the lavatory, or different room so as now to not harass each person else. reliable luck.

Eat more fiber....and if you can't eat more, use fiber tablets. Sounds like IBS symptoms to me. I have bouts of it now and then. Taking fiber tablets is easy...you don't have to drink the thick stuff anymore.
You can also try a stool softener...not a laxative though. Dulcolax is one my Dr. recommends.

Rofl! Just go to the bathroom later when you're ready. Oh, and you should consider taking fiber. It makes your wastes more solid, therefore you will visit the bathroom less, and when you do, it'll all come out.

Eat less cheese, and more fibre. Stool softeners help too.
