I have some footless black leggings , what type of miniskirt only denim? Can a punk skirt with skulls work?
Also if I wear sweater dresses do i just use the leggings underneath...nothing else

Since the weather is turning, try pairing the leggings with a corduroy or any other thicker, heavier fabric (denim works best because of the thickness, that's actually what you're going for). A punk skirt, as long as it's thick, will work fine. And yes, sweater dresses will work just fine with leggings underneath.
You said you are new to fashion, why don't you go to MSN.com; they have an entertainment section where you can look at all the different stars. Pick one who's style you like, and look at all the different styles she wears (searching her name would help, as well). Luck!

Black matches almost anything! I usually wear leggings with denim miniskirts; I'm sure the punk skirt would work too. And yes, if you wear sweater dresses I'm pretty sure you can just wear leggings underneath and nothing else; wear ballet flats (or boots) with that. Good luck!

I think the denim skirt will look the best, but the skull shirt could work...and for the sweaterdress you can go with nothing underneath, but you could always wear an undershirt

Oh No!! Don't wear leggings under a mini skirt, that is so weird. That kind of look works for a grade school thing, but you are a adult. Wear legggings as pants and wear mini skirts with tights or pantyhose. If your not comfortable with wearing a mini skirt without wearing pants under your skirt then your not really ready for venturing out in mini skirts.

i love leggings, i think u can wear them with just about any kind of denim, and sweater dresses work too, as long as theyre not too short. :)

Absolutely to both, just make sure you wear flat shoes. Anything else looks too 80's. The flats make it look fresh and young.

Pink cloth.
white cloth.
Any skirt that will match black.
.Other.
Long Thick Shirts.(Must be fasionable and fitted somehow)
Any color that matches black.
.Shoes.
Nothing big or clunky.
Flip Flops.
Flats would be best.
