I got a leather sofa about 4 months ago, its got foam style inners and leather cushions. The seat cushions seem to have stretched and one of them has got a couple of pretty big creases in it. It this normal? Should i complain? It doesn't exactly get over-used or mis-used. I just sit on it.

Mine's the same. I reckon the foam or fibre stuffing in my cushions isn't firm enough - the cushions on the back look a squashed-up mess every time I have been sitting on the sofa. I've had the thing too long to complain about it, so I'm going to ask a local upholsterer about firmer foam.
There is some sort of furniture trade federation which will arbitrate, if disputes over quality arise - I know someone who used the service, and got a full refund. Can't remember its name, unfortunately.

Yes complain! Anything out of the ordinary with a nearly new item should be reported.
