Ok, so how can someone like " smack that a** by akon" and they have never listened to dr. dre {sp} or tupac or biggie? I mean thats real rap, this stuff today isnt really rap. Accept for a few pepole.. But how can someone love rap and never listened to them?

everyone likes different kinds of rap. i know a lot of people that like tupac but not snoop dog. i guess it's all in personal preference. not all rappers sound the same or rap about the same stuff. akon isn't a rapper anyway. he sings.

everyone likes different kind of rap and there is alot of different kinds of rap music out there today but i think its cause the radios dont really play 2pac biggie or dr dre no more for watever reason so therefore u dont hear them no more and y some people have never listened 2 them before

some people want to look cool by sayinhg that they listen to rap and everything but all they do is look up the newest songs and just listen to them
they do not understand the real meaning behind dr. dre, tupac, biggie smallz, jay-z or nas

I don't know! good question though cause 2pac is the s***! "Hit em up" is one of my favorites! Biggies pretty freaking awesome to I suppose.
