Know what? I am in the exact same situation. But, I think I just may have solved it.
One thing that I am hoping to do this year is some decapouge. If you don't know what that is, it is where you take maybe some old magazine clippings or that kinds of stuff and then you modge podge (you can get some modge podge from Wal*Mart I am sure) it onto a box. (All my friends and I take our lunches to school so I am decapouging a lunch box). So, that is a relatively cheap project and you made it so it makes it all the better.
Let's see... I am also going to make a CD mix of some super sweet songs.
Hmmm...I know you don't really want to cook and that if fine. But, I am doing that for my neigbors.
I know gift cards are a great option, but if you don't have money than it is pretty hard to get.
Braclets are a great idea. Also maybe do your friends like candles? I know that I love candles and am hoping to get some. Maybe you could buy some pillar candles or some of those small cheap ones and then buy a container for them and decapouge the container or put cool stickers on them or even some sweet ribbon. I know that would be nice.
Those are the best thoughts I can come up with right now. Hope you figure out just the perfects gifts for all of your friends. Merry Christmas!

why don't you make some fudge or some cookies.
I know that sounds kind adumb but I made these cookies from the recipe on the back of Craisins. They're white chocolate oatmeal cranberry cookies and all my friends loved them
Also I bought this fudge kit that had everything I needed except for the butter and it came out soooooo good!!!
You can't go wrong with giving sweets after all the way to a persons heart is thru their stomache ;)
Good Luck
Happy Holidays

Make a photo collage of all of you since you seem to be computer savy. Write blurbs of your memories over them and print copies for each friend. You can even get cheap frames a a dollar store and give them framed.
Photo bookmarks are easy too. Print on heavy paper and tie with cording.
Or if photos arent your thing get back to that dollar store and buy some little party gift bags, and some candies, earrings, hair do-dads, notepads or whatever and stuff them.

You can make potpourri saches. A big bag of potpourri goes a long way. Buy some mesh material bags from a craft store and perhaps some dangling charms to sew onto them. You can buy them in variety bags. Really all you have to do to sew them on is pull a piece of thread through them and make a couple of knots. They can use them as a dresser drawer sache, put them under their car seats, put them under their pillow (lavender potpourri is good for that).
Or, you can make special treats and put them in cute treat bags which are cheap. You can make chocolate covered pretzels. I like to use pretzel rods, chocolate almond bark and christmas sprinkles-don't forget the wax paper or aluminum foil sprayed w/ non-stick spray.
Have Fun!!

Why don't you make each of them a fleece blanket. They're very easy to make and pretty cheap.
You just buy two colors/patterns of fleece (2-3 yards each). Place the panels on top of each other. Cut slits around the sides- about one inch wide and a few inches deep. Tie each piece together- all the way around.
They're really cute and you can get different patterns for different interests- if one of your friends really likes sports you can get some fleece with their favorite team on it.
Hope this helps!!

Easter change into continuously better religious at the same time as i change right into a baby. We did the eggs and chocolate bunny ingredient too, yet we continuously had to gown up for church. perchance that is why I hate neckties to at the moment? Christmas had the religious ingredient too, despite the indisputable fact that it had a large dose of relations stuff with it, what with the promises, travelling, and nutrients with easily everyone going to grandma's position. Now, Christmas remains a huge relations vacation for us, yet Easter is many times only a effective dinner with my prompt relations.

try planning some holiday activities
with your parents permission host a potluck party
(everyone brings one item of food so the cost is low)
have a contest like ornament decoration
each person draws someone Else's name out of the hat
and decorates an ornament for the person they drew.
you provide some of those colored round glass balls
glue, glitter maker of best ornament gets a prize like one ticket to a movie.
