I just found this and wondered who would find this useful:

Goodfellows insurance company of London, England has a policy that may set your mind at ease. For about $150, the firm will insure you for $1.5 million against alien abduction. A slightly higher premium buys coverage against being impregnated by outer space beings. A spokesman for Goodfellows says the policy is owned by about 40,000 people--who must provide visual evidence and pass a lie detector test to collect on a claim.

Some people have claimed to been abducted and later had strange metal objects removed from their bodies, so I guess that would be the visual evidence. I guess if you really believed it happened you could pass a lie detector test and collect the $1.5 million dollars.
BTW is the cost $150 per month or for 1 year?

No, I don't want to spend money on insurance unless it's required by law.

The book & movie deals for your story would be worth more than that.
