If you don't like it, and want the look of a liquid eye liner, try Cover Girls eyeliner marker or pen. I don't remember the exact name. It's a liquid eyeliner, but rather than the brush to apply it, its got the tip of a marker. I LOVE it!

Run it lightly across the very edge of your eyelid, drawing a very thin straight line. Give it a second to dry and then fill in the bottom eyelid by using your index finger by pulling the bottom lid down to draw right on it from corner to corner.
I use liquid eyeliner everyday and will never go back to the pencil. It stays on all day without smudging. It takes awhile to master, but once you do, you'll love it! Good luck.
Hint: Test it out a couple times with some eye make up remover pads near by, until you get it right!!!

Eye's will be diverse sizes and kinds, Mine are an same way. What I do, is with my finger, take my eyelid and kind of stretch it to the area, (i'm constructive you've finished this once you've been first beginning to positioned makeup on) and althought that isn't any longer the recommended solution to using eyeliner, i detect it to be a lot less puzzling. To get my eyes to look even, (I style of bypass for the total Lana Del Rey winged eyeliner look) I commence on the wings and slowly bypass inward in the direction of the tear duct. I then open my eyes, take a inspect how choppy they're and at the same time as my eyes are open, attempt to both around the area that is better flat, or flatten the area that seems better round. (in case you note of what i'm putting forward, i'm no longer large at explaining issues.) you are able to likely discover videos on youtube on the thanks to get a better even line inspite of the actuality that, if i have not defined properly sufficient,

Just goes easy on it and take your time!!! Before applying the eyeliner lightly cover your eyelid with facial powder so that it wont get oily and smear. Patience is the key because sometimes it will not come out right the fist time...and always remember to do the line thin and as straight as possible!!!

I have used it before and just draw a thin line just above the upper lash line from around 2/3rds of the way in and out towards the outer corner. Just use a light hand when you do it and keep it really close to the lash line.

Eyeliner is great to really bring out your eyes. I suggest that you only wear it when your going out at night.

No, fear the steady hand. Once you get the hang of it you will love it! I makes a dramatic clean look. It takes practice. Use it more for over the eyelid.

Don't get it in your eye...it burns like he**.
I recommend permanent eyeliner. It is a little expensive however it only hurts once. Then you never have to worry about crying, sleeping, sweating...it never runs

I would just put it on the top lid, starting from the inside corner with one steady thin strip to the outer lid. Avoid excessive use of it. Sometimes less is more.
