If you are out of dish soap it should be fine until you get to the store to buy some

It's not a good idea. Liquid hand soap and bath soap contains lotion, so that would be on you dishes. It also doesn't clean as well (they usually aren't anti bacterial soaps.)

I would use dish soap.. not hand soap.. yikes..☻

It leaves a residual and smells the food, I wouldn't, tried it.
