Allen Iverson is better skilled and better at creating his own shot, but Hinrich is a better 3 point shooter and also has a better attitude. I would much rather have hinrich on my team cause he can play with other superstars

Kirk Hinrich is serviceable, Allen Iverson is a stud. Especially if you look at this season thusfar. Iverson PPG 26.9 RPG 2.8 APG 6.9 SPG 2.2 BPG 0.2 FG % 0.465 FT % 0.836 3P % 0.333 Hinrich PPG 11.1 RPG 3.8 APG 6.1 SPG 1.1 BPG 0.2 FG % 0.386 FT % 0.909 3P % 0.284 So, if we look at the stats, the only thing Hinrich does better in really is FT %, because you don't really look to a guard for rebounds or blocks (Jason Kidd is an exception, not a rule). AI more than doubles production on offense (PPG) and defense (SPG) of Kirk Hinrich, he's explosive off the dribble, which is what makes him still such a dangerous player. Iverson may get more turnovers than Hinrich, but I'd still rather put the ball in Iverson's hands than Hinrich's, just over this season alone, Iverson's always been a potent scorer, and the fact that he's improved his defense in the passing lanes just makes him that much better.

No Doubt. It's Iverson. You dont hear much about Kirk Hinrich. Also, who has been in the NBA longer, Iverson or Hinrich? Iverson has been around longer so he know all the moves.

Although I'm a huge Hinrich fan I must say Allen Iverson is much better. You have to keep in mind A.I. has been in the NBA longer than Hinrich. Hinrich has a great 3 pt shot has since he played for KU and I think he's a bit more personable... give him time and then compare him to A.I... right now u really can't compare the two.

At this point in their careers Iverson is superior. At least he will be remembered that way. But if I verson were on my squad I would trade him for Hinrich any day of the week. Hinrich is a better one on one defender, and a better team player with a bright future. Iverson is reaching to top of the hill and heading on that trip over the hill. The days of him being able to carry his team to wins by himself are over. Make no mistake, Iverson ranks among some of the all-time great players, but Hinrich has more value right now.

Are you kidding me. Iverson is a lot better than Hinrich. Iverson can score and give assists. Kirk Hinrich is nowhere near as versatile as Iverson.

If you are saying right now who i would pick, i would pick Hinrich just for the fact that he is younger. He can score, defend, and shoot the trey. He also isnt a controversial player and totally curse someone out or complain to the GM. Iverson, yes a future hall-of-famer, just seems like he has no confidence in his team. He ball hogs, seems to be injury prone after all his injuries and will start to rust and take a toll on his body.

Iverson, but Hinrich will get as good as iverson in a few years.

You've gotta be kidding me. Hinrich is an above average point guard. AI is an elite point guard. AI can carry a team, Hinrich can't. Look at the Bulls now. They are a losing team.

Are you serious with this question. Iverson was once compared to Jordan. Henrich plays in the same city as Jordan and you haven't heard that comparison. Iverson is was better. Kirk isn't on the same level with A. I. Ask anybody who they would rather have on their team and they'll say Iverson. Come on ask a real question like Kobe or Lebron. Kobe!
