Birth control and family planning can definitely work in that field- but if and only if people choose to use it. In many parts of the world, there are taboos on birth control/family planning. Some are religious- the best example I can think of being in Roman Catholic countries. Other countries fear birth control on the claim it could lead to promiscuous sex. I think, in time and with education, family planning could be implemented. But it will be an uphill battle.

I believe that it is time for no more human babies, anywhere. That may sound grim but that's the way its going to have to go. Not forced, voluntary. Time for human extinction. I know there is an organization that is into that but I don't care about those freaks. I just think the world would be better off without our stupid senseless asses.
