Tyrant Dragon and Armed Dragon LV7 will also help; if you find yourself having trouble by drawing too many LV 5 or higher monsters (that'll happen with Troop and Masked Dragons in your deck) try "Mausoleum of the Emporer" from Power of the Deulist. Both players can pay life points instead of tributing monsters to normal summon LV5 or higher monsters. Also, a good dragon deck should include 3 Stamping Destruction cards.
If you want this dragon deck to be a STRONG deck, I suggest adding Jinzo, Mobius, Zaborg, and Treeborn Frog for more monsters, and adding all the best spell and traps like Ring of Destruction, etc.
