Internet explorer 7 is still full of bugs. I would recomend the use of Internet explorer 6 until vista comes out then the bugs should be somewhat fix to use Internet explorer 7.

If you are concern what is the error message? Explorer has generated an error?

Recomendations: Disk clean up, registry cleaner, http://ccleaner.com defragment, remove all programs that you do not use or want anymore. *Some applications does not work well with IE 7 it could be a plug in issue or some kind of other issue that was installed in Internet Explorer 6 but not compatiable with IE 7

If you paranoid that someone did something to your computer then you can use this: http://www.emsisoft.com/en/software/free/

I might be wrong, but i belive the file "a3da123e0dbf2c330db6fe0" is for windows xp registration and is not the problem.

If internet explorer 7 is not working correctly (unable to launch, and crashing) then you should try to re install it.

Did you have the same problem with IE6? if not I would recomend using IE6.

as far as someone getting on your computer, make sure norton and spybot are up to date, and you have all windows updates. Also it might be a good idea to install a free anti virus checker just to be sure.

when in doubt... i always reformat and start over again with a clean virus free slate.

hope this helps

I have had the same spybot thing come up and it is a virus.. make sure you get rid of it fast... try to get these from the store and not on the internet. Most are viruses.
