I know this is my second "guilty" question, but I want to know if others think like me. I think he's innocent, but I'll never know for sure.

Not guilty of rape, but guilty on cheating on his wife; hence the doorknob ring on her finger.

Personally, I thought he was innocent. This "victim" had people who were her friends say that she was a liar. He definitely committed adultery, but I think the "victim" was just money hungry. Some people will do anything for money or attention. Even accuse people of rape. A typical rapist will commit the crime again or have had previous symptoms. And to the person who previously answered that he was guilty because the defense tore the "victim" down, that is what lawyers do. They try to make the best case. They don't care if their client is guilty or innocent. It is their job to either defend or prosecute. Do you know how many innocent people have gone to jail? Or how many guilty people have walked? Look at O.J. Simpson for crying out loud. You should go to www.crimelibrary.com and search O.J. He was clearly guilty from all the evidence they had but yet he walked. He brutally murdered Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman. And now he comes out with a book, "If I did it." It is obviously just a job to lawyers. If it wasn't, people like Rubin "Hurricane" Carter wouldn't spend most of their lives in prison, and O.J. would be rotting there right now.

The "victim" dropped the case, so we'll never know if she got paid off or just got worn down as they claimed in the papers. Kobe's wife sure looked pissed thoughout the whole thing so I'm thinking she had a "Come to Jesus meeting with her huband and got the truth out of him".

#1, he cheated on his wife
#2 he sexually assaulted a young lady
#3 he got off because he has the financial resources to afford high price, slick talking lawyers.

Yes, he is guilty. He is a felon, a sexual offender. He probably gets turned on every game when he looks at all the women in the crowd. Plus he's washed up. He's a MJ wannabe.........aint ever gonna happen!

it's impossible to know for sure, but i'm thinking he's guilty....why else would the defense team go to such lengths to tear down the accuser in court???

Where did this come from? It happened so long ago. But, I think you're right when you say you'll never know for sure.
