simple question..which do you prefer for downloading..
Bearshare Or Limewire?

Never had any problems with Limewire at all. Never used Bearshare due to all of the problems my friends have had with viruses, etc.

As I have been saying for months Frostwire, skater is correct. Frostwire was developed by the inventor of limewire, and is an improved version of limewire. Limewire is part of the gnutella network which if being watched by the RIAA frostwire is not. Safer, faster, better, would go with that. WIth any download program there is the risk of a virus, to minimize this do not downloud those songs you are looking for that say track 1 of etc, go only with the actual title check out the available downloads, if there are 15 or so that have the same amount there is a problem, if you have a good connection you only need 2-3 host to download in less than a minute, and is less risky. caution is always advised.

Never heard of Bearshare but have got viruses a plenty from Limewire- avoid like the plague if i were you!

Depends what I'm looking for. I have found that Bearshare is better for video, while Limewire is better for music. By better I mean more results.

yeah like everyone limewires been good for me, bearshare a spyware fest.

Neither....tho Bearshare is better of 2, but the best I've used is Shareaza.com...5*****
