You need both potassium and calcium. Eat bananas and milk every day for breakfast. See if it helps. Should stop the cramping. Are you taking your pre-natal vitamins?

You can quit being stressed; stress harms both you and the baby.

If you are cramping in your legs, see a doctor immediately; there is a condition called preeclampsia that is very dangerous for both of you.

These pains sound normal. Try some prenatal yoga to stretch out your muscles or taking a warm bath (not too warm, though!) to promote relaxation throughout your entire body. Also, look into going to a prenatal spa. Either way, make sure to relax, even if you have to force yourself to because it's important!!! Oh, another idea is to go buy the book "What to expect when you're expecting" so that you can put all your prenatal worries to rest! Good luck!
