Get some riding gear for both the horse and person. maybe some grooming gear. or a voucher to a horse store or tickets to a horse show

You know those baskets of soap and perfume every one sells this time of year? Make a basket with saddle soap and chamois cloth and a scrubby sponge, etc. and wrap it just like gift basket. Add a toy horse to the bow or tie the bow with leather boot laces.
