Ladies - would it offend you if your husband or boyfriend had to pee, but couldn't find a restroom so he urinated in public while you were with him? Would it bother you more if you had to pee too, but you didn't feel comfortable urinating in public and had to hold it while he relieved himself in front of you? Or would you also urinate in public with him if you had to go too? And would you 'stand guard' so nobody could see your man urinating and so he didn't get a ticket?

It seems I am the only one who DOESN'T find it offensive. There's nothing about his peeing in public that would offend me, although, if/when he gets a ticket, it's comin' out of his pocket...I ain't payin for that. : )

But really, it wouldn't bother me.

I'm a dude and when I got to take a leak, I am going to take a leak. None of the girls I have been with have ever minded standing guard or waiting while I relieve myself. It's the same waiting for me to pee in a public as waiting for me to piss inside. Some of the girls I have dated will just pop a squat beside me as I get my relief.

Well let me tell you all a story on the topic of public urination. Apparently this is a problem in some large cities in Africa, because many people grew up without indoor plumbing or latrines. As a result, people are in the habit of urinating in public, and some of the cities smell so badly of urine that the governments have launched a campaign to discourage people from peeing on the streets. I don't live in a city in Africa, but I do live in a city with lots of homeless people and transients, and every elevator in every single public parking structure, and every single stairwell at the local hospital (which bums apparently wander into) smells like urine. That being said, and you don't mind the smell of urine everywhere, one also must be aware of the danger of being accused of indecent exposure or sexual harassment, or even sexual assault because they unveiled their bits where a woman happened to see.

I don't think guys take peeing in public too seriously, but it is a big, "no,no". I would be terribly offended as a woman. You can always find a restaurant or public place to do your business without acting like a little kid and peeing in public, come on now, give me a break.
Unless you are hiking in the wilderness or in the middle of the dessert, there aren't too many places you can run to!

no, he;s done it before. I was tanding there praying no one walked by though- then I would have been embarassed and mad at him.
I was jealous cause there is no way I'd feel like I could cover myself enough and go outside- we were walking and both had to go. I have a female friend who will pee outside anywhere- especially if she has been drinking. I coudln't do that.

I spent three months in the woods with my first wife in Alaska.

We kinda got over all this nonsense.

Let's face it, people piss. Can't say I give much of a damn where they do it. As long as they don't get any on my shoes.

urinating in public is just disgusting and unsanitary. if i had to go but there weren't any bathrooms around, i'd rather hold it in.
