Yes, if they could really figure out what junk food is. The state I am in now does tax some junk food, but twinkies and bottles of cocacola are not taxed because they aren't junk food, while a roasted chicken is, because it is prepared food.

NO!! It's still food even though it's got junk in front of it.... I think there shouldn't be taxes on ANY food what so ever.
