A few years ago I made a resolution to stop biting my nails, 2 years on I have beautiful nails so I did stick to that one, last year I made one to quit smoking, I tried and failed 3 times by the end of January, but in July this year I finally had another go and haven't had a cigarette since, so I am pretty proud of myself for that, this year its going to be the weight, don't know if I will stick to it as I really love my food, I will give it my best shot though.

I actually solved my new years dilemma, I decided a few years ago, that my new years resolution would be not to have a new years resolution.
