The only way to make money is work. You didn't mention your age, but I am assuming you are a minor or else you wouldn't rely on your father's help at all, so go ask your neighbors if they have any chores they need to accomplish that they couldn't find time to do and ask for a rate of pay like mow their lawn for $10.

i agree w/ G First get a job (make new friends, learn new skills,etc.)- the money you earn is the best money to spend-
Don't try these online get paid for doing nothing schemes- people lie to make money off YOU.

Way to learn a harsh reality that nothing is "FREE" go earn the money you so eagerly want to spend... once you have to earn it for yourself we'll see how eager you are to go throwing it around.
