They are 13, 9, and 8. They don't buy anything for me, so that's why I am questioning it.

This is entirely up to you. Don't do anything out of guilt, but from a genuine desire to give. If you really want to give them something, give them something!

I recommend it be something fun, small, or inexpensive. You might get them small toys or costume jewelry or an inexpensive T-shirt or a book or video. You might also bake them cookies or gingerbread cakes.

When you give a "gift" you should NEVER expect anything in return. It's something that you do because you want to make someone else happy. Of course that's hard to do every year when the thought isn't returned.
Your cousins are very young and you would probably be setting a good example if you sucked it up for another year and put a smile on their face anyhow.

You can get them something small, inexpensive. That would be very nice of you, after all they are your cousins....family & all that!!
