Why, aren't they two of the many regions that remain on "standard time" year-round?

It's controversial, but some people say this approach is the way of the future.

i dont know.... but im in arizona right now and it looks NOTHING like Saskatchewan. They are on the same continent, and they are both landlocked. Thats all ive got.
